Pa Cop is Bad Cop/Good Cop's father and the husband of Ma Cop in The LEGO Movie. He is voiced by Liam Neeson, who also voices his son.
History[]
In President Business office in the Octan Tower, near his relics, him along with Ma Cop meet Bad Cop/Good Cop and President Business, discussing Taco Tuesday and the Kragle. On a house replica, a Micro Manager sprays them with the Kragle.
In the ending of the film, he and Ma Cop are unkraglized and reunite with their son.

- It is unknown if he and Ma Cop were ever affiliated with the Super Secret Police or not, or even worked with the police in Bricksburg before the Octan takeover. Though, it is confirmed that Pa Cop and Ma Cop live in Bricksburg.
