Harry is a male construction worker in The LEGO Movie who laughs at his own name. This makes him very popular with his co-workers.

He is shown on the screen when Bad Cop interrogates multiple construction workers to see if Emmet actually works with them to "clear" his status as a Master builder. In the footage, he compares himself to Emmet. Saying that when someone says his name he laughs, and feels neutral when someone says Emmet.
